How we look after your data

This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or get in touch, and what we do with it. Last updated 28 October 2026.

Who we are

Redline Fitness is a strength and conditioning gym. When we say "we" on this page, we mean Redline Fitness. You can contact us at hello@example.com or by post at 12 High Street, Your Town.

What information we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts and no shop. We only receive personal information if you choose to send it to us. If you email or phone us to book a free week, we see your name, your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us in your message.

We use that information to reply to you and to set up your visit. We don't sell it, we don't share it for marketing and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Hosting and visitor counter

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and keep the website secure, Cloudflare handles visitors' device addresses (IP addresses).

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is a simple visitor counter that tells us how many people visit each page. It does not use cookies and it does not follow you across other websites.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media plugins. Because of that, you won't see a cookie banner here.

Other tools

The fonts on this website are stored on our own hosting, so your browser doesn't contact Google or any other font service when you visit. We don't embed videos, maps or reviews from other companies. If that changes, we will update this page and tell you what the tool receives.

How long we keep your information

We keep emails and messages for as long as we need them to look after your enquiry or your membership. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete your messages sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or to delete it. Email us at hello@example.com and we will reply within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first, so please talk to us before you do.

Changes to this page

If we change how this website works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The date shows when we last checked that everything here is true.
